Position Overview As a Combat Segment Promoter (m/f), you will put your military operational expertise at the service of Airbus Helicopters' business development. Acting as a key intermediary between our armed forces customers and our internal teams, you will translate operational field needs into high-value-added technological and strategic solutions.

You will play a decisive role in promoting our range of combat helicopters on an international scale and contribute directly to shaping the future of military aviation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Expertise & Product Promotion:

Embody operational expertise on the Combat range for customers (governments, armed forces) and during major events (international trade fairs, demonstrations, conferences).

Develop impactful value propositions and lead high-level technical-operational presentations.

Ensure constant strategic monitoring of doctrinal evolutions, defense market trends, and competition.

  • Customer Advisory & Commercial Strategy:

Analyze and anticipate the complex needs of prospects to advise military decision-makers.

Feed the marketing strategy and Sales/Engineering teams by providing the "pilot's perspective" on modern mission requirements.

Actively participate in building technical-commercial offers and marketing content dedicated to the Combat segment.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work in synergy with R&D, Engineering, Customer Support, and Sales teams to ensure a perfect match between product developments and field realities.

Required Profile

  • Operational Experience:

+10 years of experience as a military helicopter pilot within combat missions.

A minimum of 3,000 flight hours.

Proven qualification on at least one helicopter type from the Airbus range.

Practical experience on H125M or H145M is appreciated, and very good theoretical knowledge of the future H160M.

  • Skills & Aptitudes:

Interpersonal Skills & Public Speaking: Excellent ability to communicate, simplify complex concepts, and impact a demanding audience (staff officers, ministries).
