Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Multi-product aeronautical fitter assembler preparer (Electricity versatility) - M/F
(f/m) to join our VIP department based in Marignane, France .
Within Production Preparation, you are the guarantor of technical feasibility and the fluidity of assembly operations, with a strong focus on interior trim and VIP configurations.

Your challenges:
Technical Analysis and Preparation Prepare and supervise the assembly of interior trim (standard and VIP) in strict compliance with ATA 100 and BNAE standards. Analyze, exploit, and critique plans and nomenclatures to validate technical feasibility, while being proactive in proposing process optimizations. Manage supplies under designation to guarantee the availability of specific parts (notably VIP).
Production Management and Tools Master the digital environment: use daily preparation and management tools: SAP, Delmia, NC Simul, NCM, MES, 3DJUMP..... Secure production: manage customer reassignments and late definitions with rigor and reactivity to minimize their impact on Production.
Helicopter Expertise and Versatility Intervene with versatility on a wide range of helicopters: H175, H160, Super Puma, H125, H130 and NH90. Play an interface role (Electricity Asset): use your electrical expertise (if applicable) to exchange effectively with the Design Office (BE), ground test technicians, and STC Holders. Support the production ramp-up: bring your expertise as a Fitter assembler during the upcoming ramp-up phase, particularly on the Super Puma program .
Your profile:
Essential Technical Skills Excellent mastery of assembly preparation (Fitting as a priority) according to ATA 100 and BNAE standards. Proven ability to read, interpret, and critique technical plans to make them usable in the workshop. Imperative mastery of professional software: SAP, Delmia, NC Simul, NCM, MES, 3DJUMP. Solid and mandatory knowledge of the following aircraft: H175, H160, Super Puma, H125, H130, NH90.
The "Pluses" that will make the difference Skills in Electrical preparation/assembly. Technical knowledge of interior trim and composite materials. Previous experience in specific preparation on the Super Puma.
Personal Qualities Rigor and precision in documentary analysis and execution. Reactivity and agility to effectively manage unforeseen events and last-minute changes. Analytical spirit and sense of initiative to propose continuous improvement areas.
Languages Technical English (Minimum B1/B2 level) required for fluid reading of technical documentation and occasional exchanges.
