PMO / IT Project Manager (Aerospace) (m/f) (M/F)

We are looking for, on behalf of our client Airbus Helicopters, an aeronautical manufacturer, a PMO / IT Project Manager (Aerospace) (m/f) - Operational English spoken or fluent. As part of this 6-month mission (which will be renewed up to 18 months), based in Marignane, your objectives:

• Respond to the internal needs and processes of the department to satisfy the requirements of Airbus Helicopters.
• Integrate all actions and methodologies into the global digital transformation of the Group.

Thus, your main missions:

--> Project Management & IT Coordination (AGILE Method):

• Analysis: Understand business/process needs and translate them in a structured manner.
• IT Scoping: Exchange with IT to validate processes (deadlines, costs, feasibility).
• Development Monitoring: Drive progress with developer teams and guarantee compliance with requirements.
• Acceptance & Testing: Perform URT / NRT (Non-Regression Testing) tests to verify the compliance of developments and ensure the overall proper functioning of the ecosystem.

--> Change Management & Training:

• Design and deploy user support (Airbus personnel, service providers/SST, temporary workers).
• Implement E-learning modules if needed.
• Provide close / direct field support to end users on business specificities (Design Office, Production, etc.).

--> Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Innovation Projects:

• Actively collaborate with the dedicated DIA (Airbus Data & AI) team.
• Intervene on smart projects involving data models and AI.
• Expected posture: Agility, great flexibility in the face of change, and the ability to adapt to a new entity.
