Your future missions:
By joining our team, you will participate in various missions, all oriented towards optimizing the maintenance workload in order to maximize fleet availability and meet our customers' expectations. Together, we will contribute to the activity of the Maintenance & Ground Operation department, a transnational team of 70 people (France and Germany) in charge of designing maintenance and ground operations for all helicopter programs.
Your objective will be to design solutions that minimize the impact of troubleshooting operations on aircraft availability and maintenance costs.
Your main missions will be as follows: Function Design: Define and challenge existing solutions or those proposed by suppliers; produce design documents (functional specifications, validation, and certification). Technical Supervision: Supervise the design of testability (BIT) for avionics equipment, specify fault monitoring logic, and define diagnostic rules at the system level. Project Management: Manage the schedule, deliverables, costs, and quality, while identifying and mitigating project risks. Subcontracting Management: Define activity packages, contract services, ensure operational follow-up, and validate deliverables before payment. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the technical framework of the "Failure Management" profession by defining processes and validation rules to increase efficiency.
Your profile: Education: Holder of a Master's degree (or equivalent) in systems engineering or a related discipline. Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in project management for the development of aeronautical programs. Knowledge in avionics systems development, testability of embedded systems, safety analyses (FMEA/AMDEC), or helicopter maintenance are real assets. Technical Expertise: Mastery of project and budget management, subcontracting follow-up, and ideally expertise in helicopter function development (system diagnostic/troubleshooting). Languages: English (minimum upper-intermediate level required). Proficiency in French or German is a plus. Soft skills: Autonomy, excellent organization, interpersonal skills, and a strong team spirit.
