We are looking on behalf of our client Airbus Helicopters, an aeronautical manufacturer, for a Quality Incident Manager / Ingénieur Qualité Incidents Techniques (Aéronautique) (F/H) - Fluent or operational English spoken. As part of this 6-month mission (likely to be renewed up to 18 months), based in Marignane, reporting to the Marketing & Développement team of Airbus Corporate Helicopters (ACH), the Customization Manager manages the entire helicopter customization concept from A to Z.

Far beyond a purely marketing role, you will hold a highly operational position at the intersection of design, commercial, and engineering to offer a tailor-made experience to a demanding international clientele.

--> Your main missions:

• Prospecting and customer relations: Presentation of ACH products, supporting customers in defining their customization project, and final presentation of the cabin/finished product.
• Technical interface & Bureau d'Études: Working in close collaboration with the Bureau d'Études (BE) and drafting technical specifications.

• Program management & Contractual monitoring: Overall responsibility for the customized offer regarding the program, from contract signature to final delivery.
• Pre-sales: Active participation in calls for tender and strategic meetings.

• Internal network: Coordination with all internal stakeholders (operations, program, design) to ensure feasibility and compliance with commitments.
