Your future missions:
By joining our team, you will participate in various missions, all oriented towards the digitalization and optimization of industrial processes. Together, we will contribute to the activity of the IM Domain Industry department by designing and deploying innovative software solutions. The team operates closely with manufacturing, production, and assembly operations of parts, modules, and helicopters: there is no better place to develop digital solutions closest to the final product.
Your main missions will be as follows:
Full Stack Design and Development: Design, develop, and deploy robust (Java / Spring Boot in back-end, Angular / React in front-end) and scalable applications meeting the business needs of the aeronautics sector. Evolution and Maintenance in Operational Conditions (MCO): Ensure the evolution of existing applications, manage bug fixes, and handle the obsolescence of tools vital to the company's operations. Architecture and platform management: Define the technical architecture (microservices, REST API) according to industrial constraints and maintain the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) to guarantee high availability and performance. IoT Integration and innovations: Contribute to the integration of IoT technologies within the manufacturing workshops (shopfloors). Quality, Security, and Technical Framework: Automate unit tests to ensure reliability, act as a technical referent (code reviews, architecture validation), and provide higher-level support.
Your profile:
Experience: you have proven professional experience of at least 5 years in Full Stack development.Technical expertise:Mastery of the Java / Spring Boot and Angular stack (React is a plus).Solid skills in architecture (REST API, Microservices, design patterns) and DevOps / CI-CD environments (OpenShift, Tekton, Git, JIRA).Practice of databases (Postgres, MS SQL, InfluxDB) and integration tools (Mulesoft, Solace).Sensitivity to aeronautical quality, traceability, and security constraints (or equivalent regulated industrial sector).Language: Fluent English (international working environment and technical documentation).Soft skills:Autonomy and sense of commitment (ownership)Collaborative leadership and team spiritListening skills and pedagogy (coaching ability)Analytical mindset and problem-solving
