Aeronautical Technical Support (m/f)

We are looking for an AERONAUTICAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT M/F in NANTES on a CDI basis on behalf of our client. Integrated closely with the production lines, you are the essential technical referent to guarantee the continuity and compliance of assembly/manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities consist of:

• Ensuring the diagnosis and rapid resolution of technical issues encountered in production, in connection with methods and the design office.
• Serving as the preferred technical point of contact on the ground, facilitating communication between production and support services.
• Actively participating in the root cause analysis of non-conformities and proposing corrective or preventive actions.
• Contributing to the improvement of processes and technical documentation (ranges, instructions) by feeding back field experience.
• Ensuring the correct application of quality/technical procedures and standards by the operational teams.
• Coordinating the handling of technical disputes or requests for derogation if necessary.
• Participating in technical meetings and daily operational updates.
• The position is located in the Saint-Nazaire aeronautical basin. The gross annual remuneration is between and according to your background. This position is based in NANTES (44).

Holding a Bac+2 in a technical field (Mechanics, Production Engineering, Aeronautical Maintenance, Physical Measurements, or equivalent), you have at least 5 years of experience in a technical production support role, ideally acquired in the aeronautical industry or a related high-requirement sector (automotive, railway...). You possess an excellent ability to read and interpret technical plans (3D) and understand assembly/manufacturing processes. Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (such as 8D) and familiarity with SAP would be appreciated. Technical English allowing you to consult documentation is necessary. Your pragmatism, reactivity, communication skills, and ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment are indispensable for this position.
