Within the central Cross-Plant Manufacturing Engineering Production System Efficiency (PSE) team, you will join a hub of experts. Your mission? Support CNC programming operations, deploy best practices (processes/methods/tools), and build innovation projects for all Airbus Atlantic sites.

As the referent for the Assembly and Robotics scope, you will be the bridge between the operational teams of each factory and our Airbus Operations partners.

Your daily missions: Expertise & Support: Accompany and upskill local programming offices on their operational issues (assembly and robotic cell scope). Governance & Compliance: Act as the operational relay for the CNC programming standard for the Nantes site, ensuring compliance with and deployment of these directives. Innovation & Investments: Collaborate with machine investment hubs to define, test, and validate future CAD/CAM solutions. Industrial Optimization: Propose strategies for programming in order to reduce cycle times and improve factory efficiency. Standardization: Communicate, document, and deploy programming standards across Airbus Atlantic.

The position will be based at one of the following sites depending on the selected candidate: Nantes, Rochefort, Méaulte.

Occasional travel to Airbus Atlantic sites and abroad is to be expected.

Your technical background: With higher technical education, you have solid experience in an industrial environment, with marked knowledge in automated and robotic assembly processes. You have perfect mastery of the Airbus Atlantic CAD/CAM ecosystem: CATIA V5 and CENIT FastProduct / FastTip. The operation and use of Post-Processors (CENIT Cpost), ensuring the crucial link between CAD/CAM and machines/robots, are no secret to you.

The Airbus Atlantic site in Nantes manufactures center wing boxes, engine air intakes, and radomes for all Airbus aircraft except the A220.
