Your mission

Your main missions will consist of:

Operational Performance: Cascade the operational objectives defined between Airbus Commercial and Airbus Atlantic to the site, Support/challenge operational teams and functions to guarantee flow performance, Manage operational crises, Use the Airbus Atlantic and Airbus Operations network to act at the appropriate level of the organization.

Economic Performance: Cascade and explain the associated financial objectives, Synchronize functions on a convergence plan if necessary, Support productivity initiatives and competitiveness plans, Guarantee the consideration of financial impacts due to suppliers.

Planning Strategy, Industrial Scheme: Guarantee the industrial protection of the site, Guarantee adherence to the integrated industrial planning, Consolidate feasibility studies for ramp-up (Internal & external), Support the impact analysis of a new Airbus program, Frame the industrial strategy regarding cycle, buffer, and line structure, Ensure the consistency of the site's master plan with the Program strategy, Defend the site's interests in terms of industrial investment.

Configuration Management and New Developments: Ensure a close interface with the representative in charge of configuration and new developments for the Méaulte site, Have and provide visibility on upcoming new modifications impacting the site, Master the potential impacts on the flow in the event of modifications, new industrializations / version changes, Secure the existence of a recovery plan if necessary.

The Méaulte site

The Méaulte aeronautical plant, one of the most modern in Europe, is equipped with state-of-the-art production means: mobile assembly lines, robots, automatic riveting machines, digital tools at workstations (production steering, 3D instruction sheets on touch tablets, augmented reality for production and quality control). Located 35 km from Amiens and near the Amiens-Henry Potez airport, this site covers an area of 49 hectares. The Méaulte site also hosts the Airbus Atlantic Henry Potez high school, a private vocational high school belonging to Airbus Atlantic, located within IndustriLab. The high school benefits from high-level infrastructure and the synergies offered by this regional innovation platform adjacent to the Méaulte site.
