Are you our next HRBP Production (All Gender)?
Our Airbus Atlantic site in Montoir de Bretagne (44), located near Saint Nazaire, is looking for its future HRBP Production.
You will join a team of 12 people, in direct interface with operations and employees.
Your mission
The HRBP's objective is to ensure the implementation and application of HR policies and processes within a given department. Thus, they are responsible, jointly with managers, for defining the employee development plan, managing salary reviews, and actively contributing to the recruitment plan.
Furthermore, you will be the main HR interface for all employees for any question related to Human Resources such as: mobility/redeployment skills management and training recruitment & career management psychosocial risks, Absenteeism, safety Social relations
The HRBP will advise their business on all subjects related to Human Resources, roll out and apply HR policies and E&C standards of the management, and national labor regulations.
They will be responsible for:
- Ensuring consistency and harmonization in the implementation of compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment policies in coordination with management and in accordance with business objectives.
- Supporting and encouraging the development of all employees.
- Ensuring appropriate management of disciplinary cases where necessary.
Your profile (What will make the difference)
Ideally, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of human resources.
You consider yourself autonomous and comfortable with HRIS software and have experience in social relations.
You are able to communicate in English (minimum B1 level) and you also master the fundamentals of labor law.

The Montoir de Bretagne site
The Airbus Atlantic site in Montoir-de-Bretagne, qualified as an integrator or final assembly pre-line, assembles, equips, and tests the forward and center fuselages of all Airbus aircraft except the A220. A true Logistics Hub for Airbus Atlantic, the site delivers its "Major Component Assemblies" directly to Airbus final assembly lines in Toulouse, Hamburg, Mobile, or Tianjin, by Beluga or by ship.
