Your mission

Within our Rochefort site, you will join the embedded systems team within the Cabin Interior design office.

Your main missions will consist of:

You will participate in the development of embedded electrical/electronic systems in Business class and First class seats that will be installed in all Airbus and Boeing commercial aircraft families. You will contribute to the development, design, testing, qualification, certification, support, and improvement of systems and embedded equipment throughout the entire implementation phase (including responsibility for definition, integration, verification, and validation) by writing the appropriate technical documents (specifications, failure mode analysis, functional descriptions, sizing documents, constraint analysis, test analysis, ...). You will be required to functionally supervise a team or a working group and to manage projects with our suppliers. You will participate in solving conceptual problems requiring a combination of knowledge and deep professional expertise to propose technical solutions. You must obtain buy-in on technical content, in a context of different/divergent interests with significant stakes from the teams you will work with, and contribute to the performance of the working group.

Ideally, you have more than 3 years of experience in the field of Electronic Systems Development. You enjoy evolving in an agile environment where you will have freedom of action to undertake, share your ideas, and contribute to the development of our projects. You are committed to teamwork, sharing your knowledge, learning, and growing alongside your colleagues. You must be autonomous in your profession and know how to work in multi-disciplinary teams. Good knowledge of aeronautical standards, hardware and software qualification requirements is necessary (DO160, DO178,...). Rochefort: The Airbus Atlantic Rochefort site specializes in the assembly of fuselage elements for the A320, A330, A350, A400M, F8X, and G7500 families. It also produces pilot seats for all commercial aircraft programs, business aircraft, military aircraft, and civil and military helicopters.
