Purchasing Executive - Hospitality Experience

We are currently looking for an International Purchasing Executive to strengthen our procurement operation for the hospitality sector.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international purchasing for the hospitality sector.
• Extensive knowledge of hospitality goods, FF&E, and OS&E.
• Proven experience in negotiation with international suppliers.
• Knowledge of imports, international logistics, and foreign trade.
• Advanced English for negotiations and communication with global suppliers.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and results-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage national and international purchases of furniture, FF&E, OS&E, equipment, and supplies for hospitality projects.
• Develop and negotiate with international suppliers, guaranteeing the best commercial conditions.
• Request and evaluate quotes, contracts, and supply agreements.
• Coordinate procurement and follow-up of purchase orders until final delivery.
• Analyze costs, delivery times, and savings opportunities.
• Collaborate with logistics, operations, and client areas to ensure project compliance.
