Pricing Executive | Shipping Logistics

A leading Integrated Shipping and Logistics provider is currently expanding and seeking an experienced Pricing Executive. Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue quotations across Southeast Asia based on customer and operational requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to gather cost information, tariffs, and pricing inputs. Ensure all pricing components, operational costs, and commercial assumptions are accurately captured. Support sales and commercial teams with pricing analysis and quotation breakdowns. Maintain pricing records, databases, and supporting documentation. Monitor quotation quality, turnaround time, and pricing accuracy. Assist with reporting and pricing-related analysis to support business decisions.

Requirements Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline. 2-3 years of experience in pricing, quotations, inside sales, commercial support, customer service, or logistics operations. Experience within shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain industries is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
