Commodity Manager (Manufacturing)

We are representing our client in the Aerospace industry to hire for a Commodity Manager. Key Responsibilities Own, develop and execute sourcing strategy for raw metals, castings, forgings, machined components, fabricated parts, and engineered assemblies across Asia. Lead supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and cost reduction initiatives. Drive supplier performance in quality, delivery, cost, and capacity. Partner with engineering, operations, and quality teams on sourcing, NPI, and productivity projects. Mitigate supply risks and support supply continuity through supplier development and market analysis. Requirements Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field. Proven experience in commodity/category management within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of raw materials, metalworking, machining, fabrication, casting, or forging supply chains . Track record of supplier negotiations, cost savings, and supplier performance management. Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
