Operations Manager

1.Develop and implement business plans and strategies to support company growth. 2.Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders. 3.Lead bidding and proposal activities, including quotation preparation, proposal submission, and contract negotiations. 4.Manage business opportunities from initial inquiry through project award and handover. 5.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and business objectives. 6.Monitor project performance, costs, profitability, and overall business results. 7.Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and team performance goals. 8.Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and implement improvement plans when needed. 9.Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment. 10.Support management in business planning, market expansion, and operational improvement initiatives. 11.Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, Business Development, Sales, Commercial, Project Management, or a related field. Experience in project-based businesses, engineering services, technology, infrastructure, or related industries. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Experience managing team performance and driving continuous improvement. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Good command of English is an advantage. Results-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving business objectives.
