Salesforce Project Manager

Your tasks

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce project manager based in Dubai to lead the delivery of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives within scope, timeline, and budget.

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation projects in Dubai and the wider Middle East region
• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, budgets, and status reports
• Coordinate with developers, administrators, QA, and integration teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests through appropriate escalation and mitigation processes
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices
• Oversee user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication across executive sponsors, business users, and technical teams

Requirements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience with a minimum of 5 end-to-end Salesforce implementations
• Proven hands-on experience configuring and customizing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, workflows, Process Builder, and integration patterns
• Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Experience working in Dubai or the Middle East region

Preferred qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant
• Experience with Marketing Cloud or other Salesforce products
• Background in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government
• Fluency in English and Arabic
