Project Manager
About the role:
We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead and deliver high-impact, non-technical projects in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee project lifecycles from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, driving stakeholder engagement, and maintaining budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets
Lead cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and manage performance to achieve project milestones
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
Facilitate regular status meetings, prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership
Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and implement continuous improvement
Required qualifications:
8–12 years of project management experience in non-technical environments
Proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large-scale projects on time and within budget
Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing projects within Abu Dhabi or broader UAE market
Background in sectors such as construction, oil & gas, or finance
Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project management frameworks
Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement programs
