We are seeking an experienced GPD – Project Manager and Consultant to lead and deliver high-impact, non-technical projects across the United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will partner with executive stakeholders, manage project lifecycles, and provide strategic consultancy to ensure consistent delivery of business outcomes and operational excellence.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Facilitate project governance forums and maintain stakeholder communication
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Provide strategic consultancy and recommendations to optimize business processes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure project alignment
- Monitor project performance metrics and prepare executive-level status reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across projects
Requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 10–12 years of non-technical project management and consultancy experience
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
- Proven track record managing large-scale projects from initiation to closure
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets
- Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency preferred
Preferred qualifications
- Master’s degree in Management, Business Strategy, or related discipline
- Experience within management consulting or professional services firms
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci)
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory and business environments
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
- Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies
