Key Responsibilities

Establish and manage the PMO , ensuring effective portfolio governance and project delivery.

Monitor project planning, budgets, performance, and reporting across all capital projects.

Align projects with business objectives while identifying and mitigating portfolio risks.

Develop and implement PMO policies, processes, and governance standards.

Provide strategic reporting and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, business, or construction disciplines.

UAE nationals with family book.

9 years’ experience as a PMO with real estate background.
