Guest Cum Sales Associate

Your tasks

We are seeking a dynamic guest cum sales associate to join our team in the UAE. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales by understanding guest needs and recommending products that enhance their experience.

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Engage with guests to assess their needs and provide personalized product recommendations
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to inform and educate guests
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively
• Ensure the sales floor and display areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Build lasting relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits
• Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives and support a positive work environment

Requirements

Required qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or guest service roles
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in the UAE retail or hospitality sector
• Fluency in Arabic or additional languages
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and sales reporting
• Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach
