Architect

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced architect to lead the design and delivery of high-quality building projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hands-on architectural experience, strong technical skills, and a proven track record of managing projects from concept through completion while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design development from initial concept through construction documentation

Produce detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and renderings using industry-standard software

Coordinate with structural, MEP engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery

Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi building codes, zoning regulations, and municipal requirements

Conduct site visits and oversee construction administration to monitor quality and resolve design issues

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet client objectives and deadlines

Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, providing technical support and feedback

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field

5-7 years of professional architectural experience

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp

Strong technical drawing and design skills

In-depth knowledge of UAE/Abu Dhabi building codes, regulations, and best practices

Experience in project management and coordination

Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree in Architecture or Urban Design

LEED accreditation or equivalent sustainable design certification

Experience with BIM workflows and Navisworks

Familiarity with Arabic language

Experience in high-rise, commercial, or mixed-use developments
