1. Investigate facts, provide consultation, and provide legal opinions to employees and the organization
2. Review, draft, and amend contracts, legal documents, and legally binding documents of the company
3. Oversee and control compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and internal company policies (Compliance)
4. Support the preparation and updating of internal company policies and licenses, such as HR Policy, PDPA Policy, Internal Regulation, and business licenses
5. Coordinate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external advisors on legal matters
