HIRING: SITE SUPERVISOR - Construction/Mechanical

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities and coordinate workers to ensure smooth and safe project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workers. Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and instructions. Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, subcontractors, and workers. Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and work progress. Conduct site inspections and ensure proper work quality. Ensure workers follow workplace safety requirements and site regulations. Attend site meetings when required. Report daily work progress and site issues to the Project Manager. Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth site operations. Assist in resolving site-related issues and delays. Requirements: Relevant experience in construction / mechanical works. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant site supervisory experience preferred. Able to lead and manage workers effectively. Good understanding of site operations and safety requirements. Able to read and understand drawings and work instructions. Good communication and coordination skills. Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently. Relevant Singapore safety certifications will be an advantage.
