- PROJECT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION/ MECHANICAL
Industry: Construction / Mechanical Engineering Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to join our team and oversee construction and mechanical projects from planning through completion. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and coordinate project activities from start to completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site activities. Ensure works are carried out according to project specifications, drawings, schedules, and safety requirements. Attend site meetings and coordinate with relevant parties. Prepare project schedules, progress updates, reports, and other project documentation. Monitor project costs and ensure timely completion of works. Resolve site issues and coordinate with the relevant teams for timely solutions. Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety and project requirements.
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications Minimum 3–5 years of relevant project management experience in Singapore. Experience in construction / mechanical projects preferred. Good knowledge of site operations, project coordination, and manpower management. Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with clients and site teams. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple project requirements.
