Your tasks
- Oversee the implement of QMS includes FMEA, control plan, change control, documentation & audits.
- Maintain Quality Manuals, Procedures to ensure contents are aligned to requirements.
- Lead QMS audits, work with departments to support post-audit/follow-up corrective action.
- Review of customer’s quality system such as quality agreement, specification and audit checklist.
- Review and reply to customers on product content environmental related enquiries.
- Coordinate technology transfer with Worldwide sites, conduct trial production.
- Support supplier quality management via meeting, continuous improvement activities & on-site audit.
- Support quality-driven projects or any duties that may be assigned by superior
- Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Material with 3 years relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of IATF16949/ISO9001 and APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC.
