Project Engineer (Glass) @Woodlands

Responsibilities: Drive projects by setting aligned goals, planning processes, and coordinate cross‑functional execution.

Monitoring progress, and suggests recommendations for future projects.

Plan international projects in consultation with management committee & customers include various disciplines and involvement of departments i.e Engineering and operational functions internally/globally.

Defines sub projects/work packages/project team/ sub project team/BUs and adjacent disciplines.

Prepares detail planning i.e project schedule, project phases, milestones and budget.

Leads projects, delegates tasks and leads sub project and work package leaders/employees.

Execute project relevant activities, monitors time and result oriented progress.

Present projects to management committee, decide on necessity of external resources.

Ensures contract-relating as well as economic and patent-protected issues of technologies.

Ensures compliance of project goals regarding time, costs and quality.
