Your tasks
- Supervise operations to ensure production targets, quality and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Lead, guide and motivate production employees while maintaining discipline and productivity.
- Monitor machine performance & coordinate with Maintenance to minimise equipment downtime.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, quality standards and SOP.
- Analyse production issues, implement corrective & continuous improvement initiatives.
- Plan and allocate manpower effectively to meet operational requirements.
- Coordinate with depts (Production Planning, QA/Control, Assembly) to ensure smooth production flow.
- Prepare production reports and monitor KPIs. Assist in training and developing staffs competencies.
- Diploma holder with relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
