Field Service Engineer (Genset/Engine) @Jurong East

Field Service Engineer /Up to $5,000 Basic + $250 Transport Allowance @Jurong East Provide installation, commissioning and training to customers.

After sales technical support, troubleshooting and site service to customers.

Manage diesel generator sets to support to departments in terms of service and training.

Ensures all technical and training documents are up-to-date and organized

Provides specific training to distributors/dealers for service and troubleshooting skillsets. 

Maintain relationship with key customers to ensure issue is resolved.

Technical assistance on factory test, investigates root causes of failures & recommend solution.

Deal with customer on the warranty issues and perform other service & training assigned.  

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience.

 Ability to travel oversea when requires and knowledge in power generation products.
