Continuous Improvement Coordinator | $30,000 monthly Job Objective Guarantee the execution of continuous improvement projects through the monitoring and validation of progress, KPI indicators, and costs, ensuring compliance with company standards, as well as implementing Business Intelligence (BI) projects and identifying improvement opportunities in processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, Administration, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality management systems, quality assurance, process engineering, production, or related areas. Knowledge of continuous improvement tools: 5S, DMAIC, VSM, SMED, TPM, TQM, Scrum, and Kaizen. Basic English (understanding, writing, and conversation). Proficiency in Office 365, SAP, SuccessFactors, Minitab, Visio, and Project. Main responsibilities Define and follow up on continuous improvement project objectives. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Implement Business Intelligence (BI) projects. Measure and evaluate the impact and progress of projects through indicators and results. Identify improvement opportunities in different processes. Lead process engineers nationwide for the execution of BI projects.
