• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences / Behavior / Sociology / Psychology - Mandatory
• Min. two years of experience as an HR Coordinator – Mandatory
• Experience in leading projects and producing welfare events, conferences, and team-building activities – Advantage
• Recruitment experience – Advantage
• Very good level of English
