AiEnerge is a fast-growing clean energy startup developing an AI-powered Energy Management System for small-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems. We help businesses optimize renewable energy use, reduce costs, and unlock revenue through smart battery.

Your tasks

Support fundraising efforts by preparing investor materials, conducting market research, building financial models, engaging investors, and assisting with due diligence to drive strategic funding and partnerships.

• Support fundraising activities targeting angel investors, venture capital firms, and family offices across the region
• Prepare, improve, and personalize investor pitch decks and teaser materials to effectively communicate funding opportunities
• Conduct market and investor research to identify suitable channels and online platforms for potential investors and funding sources
• Build and refine financial models and valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow (DCF) and revenue forecasts
• Engage with investors through platforms such as Angel Partners and Hubble, and at industry events to foster relationships
• Support preparation of due diligence documentation and organize data rooms for investor review
• Collaborate with the founder to develop strategic funding campaigns and partnership proposals
• Communicate clearly and present information effectively in English to diverse stakeholders
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiently to create professional documents and presentations
• Apply initiative and a proactive mindset to learn quickly and contribute positively in a dynamic startup environment
• Organize tasks meticulously and work independently while maintaining effective collaboration within a small team
• Adapt to changing priorities and challenges in a fast-paced startup setting
• Leverage familiarity with energy systems, AI, or IoT technologies to enhance understanding of the business context (preferred)
