Your Area of Responsibility
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of time studies, multi-moment studies, and potential analyses
- System-side implementation of planned time changes for a defined production area
- System-side implementation of time modules for the generation of planned times
- Conception and continuous further development of planned time determination methods to improve planned time quality
- Definition, determination, and analysis of key figures and derivation of measures together with the specialist departments
- Active participation in projects within the area of responsibility
Your Profile
- Successfully completed technical vocational training with further training as a Techniker, Meister, or alternatively as a technical Betriebswirt
- Job-relevant practical experience in a production environment
- REFA basic training or further training in Lean Management desirable
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- High social competence and teamwork skills as well as the ability to resolve conflicts
- Good analytical, organizational, and communicative skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
