Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

Project Planning/Conception:

• Create schedule and process plans, incorporating them into the master plan if necessary
• Develop technical solutions
• Define the content of work steps and packages
• Develop measures to comply with the schedule or to ensure technical requirements
• Clarify bottlenecks as well as hardware and software technical problems and develop corrective measures considering economic goals/specifications

Coordination/Information:

• Establish and maintain the flow of information to all interfaces
• Coordinate solution concepts and project progress with customers, the team, and site personnel
• Record project status and monitor project progress
• Hand over plants, systems, etc. to customers and document the handover

Execution:

• Ensure compliance with economic goals and technical specifications

Documentation:

• Accept plants/systems, have deviations in delivery and performance rectified
• Document intermediate stages and create reports
• Record and evaluate additional and reduced services

Employee Leadership:

• Temporal, content-related, and personnel responsibility for and deployment at customer construction sites worldwide
• Guiding and instructing employees – potentially also employees of others (customers, external companies) – with less experience or qualification
• Deploying employees according to their qualification. Monitoring work execution. Checking work results
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, project management, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the field of plant engineering, mechanical engineering, or technical systems
• Sound knowledge in the planning and implementation of technical projects
• Experience in managing international construction sites and leading interdisciplinary teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise to identify and solve bottlenecks and problems
• High degree of responsibility and the ability to coordinate and drive complex projects
• Very good communication skills and experience in collaborating with customers and external partners
• Good English skills in speaking and writing, further language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to work at construction sites worldwide
