Your targeted goal

• Responsible for the safe execution of watchkeeping duties in the engine department
• Organization of the maintenance of the technical equipment in the assigned area, including necessary repair work according to the maintenance plan and valid company standards
• Supervision and control of the rules of accident prevention regulations, occupational safety, and fire protection in the entire technical area, as well as implementation and organization of necessary training for the assigned personnel
• Review and organization of the procurement of spare parts and consumables
• Compliance with the requirements of QMS (Quality Management System) and LMS (Learning Management System)

Your previous course

• Possession of the necessary certificates according to STCW (COC III/2 unlimited)
• Professional experience in at least two comparable or similar shipboard assignments, ideally on a cruise ship
• Very good English skills, good communication skills, and motivation to develop further
• Guest- and service-oriented as well as willing to work in a team, to lead it, and to motivate it
