Your targeted goal

• Deputy management and responsibility for the Housekeeping department with the goal of ensuring cleanliness in all cabins as well as the public areas
• Monitoring, supervision, and daily inspection of guest cabins as well as crew cabins
• Management, instruction, training, and control of the subordinate international crew members
• Responsibility for luggage loading during embarkation and disembarkation
• Monitoring and control of monthly inventories, management of material and equipment, as well as cost and budget control in the Housekeeping area
• Daily inspection of the onboard laundry to ensure all safety and hygiene specifications

Your previous course

• Hotel management training and demonstrable professional and leadership experience in upscale hospitality
• Leadership experience with an international crew, ideally on international cruise ships
• High quality awareness
• Business fluent English skills and sound knowledge of MS Office
• Convincing personality, charisma, confident appearance, as well as loyalty and a sense of responsibility
