Your targeted goal

• Coordination of the entire planning and organization of an upscale à-la-carte restaurant or buffet restaurant
• Ensuring flawless preparation, quality, and appealing presentation of food in accordance with our high quality standards
• Planning, leading, and motivating an international team
• Control of goods ordering and storage as well as the use of goods
• Advising guests regarding food intolerances or allergies
• Responsible for the correct implementation of our hygiene, environmental, and safety standards

Your previous course

• Completed vocational training as a chef, ideally additional training as a Küchenmeister and demonstrable professional and leadership experience in hotel or restaurant kitchens
• Knowledge in the areas of HACCP and food intolerances
• Very good English skills and confident handling of MS Office
• Strong service and guest orientation, sovereignty, and sense of responsibility
