Your targeted goal
- Qualified medical care for passengers and crew on board
- Management of consultations, care of passengers in the inpatient hospital area including on-call service for guests and crew members
- Primary contact for the Captain on matters of medicine and hygiene
- Regular organization of first aid training for the crew as well as ensuring organizationally and professionally qualified clinic operations together with the shore-based medical department
- Involvement in ship-side reporting on medical, legal, and organizational issues
Your previous course
- Completed training as a specialist in general medicine, surgery, internal medicine, or anesthesia desirable
- Emergency physician training (expertise in emergency services or relevant experience in emergency medicine)
- Three years of recently acquired professional experience in intensive care or emergency medicine
- Proof of a valid radiation protection course
- Knowledge of ultrasound diagnostics desirable
- Very good English skills and confidence in using MS Office 365
- A high sense of responsibility, empathy, and independent working style
