Your targeted goal

• Working at the hub of the ships
• Sympathetic contact person for our guests regarding ship information, cabin amenities, onboard program, etc.
• Team player with organizational talent for the check-in and check-out of guests as well as crew
• Service-oriented handling of guest complaints

Your previous course

• Training in the hotel and gastronomy sector or an equivalent qualification
• Initial experience in service management, sales, and guest consulting
• Very good English skills and proficient in using MS Office
• Team spirit as well as a sense of responsibility
• Good manners, a confident appearance, and strong communication skills
