Your targeted goal
- Preparation of sophisticated creations in our exclusive and award-winning gourmet restaurant Rossini with love, fascination, and professional know-how
- Joint creation with experienced, international colleagues from high-end gourmet cuisine of demanding menus with fresh, diverse products from international markets
- Independent coordination of workflows at your station and proactive contribution of ideas
- Working under the requirement of the highest quality standards and implementation of our high hygiene, environmental, and safety standards
Your previous course
- Training as a chef and additionally initial professional experience in fine dining
- Culinary craftsmanship as well as inspiration and passion as a recipe for success and fun in the profession
- Good English skills for collaboration with the international crew
- Service orientation, quality awareness, motivation, and teamwork skills
