Maintenance Engineer

*Responsibilities

1. Direct, supervise, and control subordinates to ensure compliance with established operating procedures and work methods.
2. Manage the assignment of maintenance tasks according to repair requests to ensure efficiency.
3. Verify the accuracy of work and report to supervisors.
4. Clean machinery/equipment and work areas.
5. Follow instructions assigned by supervisors.
6. Control and monitor work to ensure it follows work procedures.
7. Perform basic troubleshooting.
8. Report problems to supervisors.
9. Coordinate, direct, and supervise operations within the department.
10. Inspect work processes to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
11. Control and monitor processes to ensure effectiveness in line with organizational goals.
12. Comply with ISO /TS 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements.
13. Conduct preliminary performance evaluations of subordinates to present to supervisors.
14. Promote 100% PM, increase MTBF, and reduce MTTR.
15. Reduce machine breakdowns to 0.

• Safety

1. Identify and eliminate "difficult or dangerous tasks" and implement Kaizen.
2. Strictly follow safety regulations.
3. Identify environmental Hiyari (near-misses) and provide environmental knowledge/awareness.

• Others

1. Report problems and performance results of the responsible area to supervisors for acknowledgment.
2. Suggest and implement improvements for various errors that have occurred or may occur to supervisors.
3. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
4. Set cost reduction targets and implement them.
5. Develop the skills of personnel in the department.
6. Provide training on each topic of STOP6+GH through learning from KY activities.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or other related fields. Male/Female, aged 28 years and above. At least 3 years of work experience in an industrial factory. Proficiency in Computer MS Office and office equipment. Able to communicate in English. Basic knowledge of TPS systems. Basic knowledge of ISO/IATF16949 and ISO14001 systems. Possess leadership qualities. Good personality, appearance, and health; highly responsible. Positive attitude toward work / agile and enthusiastic in working. Meticulous and detail-oriented in work.
