EXPORT/IMPORT SUPERVISOR

Manage end-to-end IMPEX operations, ensuring compliance with PEZA, BOC, and other regulatory requirements; Process and monitor PEZA transactions via e-IPS, e-LOA, and e-TRACC, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of filings; Validate and align shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading) with PEZA-approved permits and declarations; Coordinate with PEZA, customs brokers, and freight forwarders for shipment clearance, transfer, and liquidation of entries; Ensure proper utilization and liquidation of PEZA permits, including reconciliation of quantities/values and audit readiness; Handle penalties and non-compliance issues (e.g., late filings, discrepancies), including resolution and implementation of corrective actions.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Customs Administration or related field 1–3 years of experience in an import/export supervisory role Knowledgeable in customs regulations, documentation, and compliance processes Able to handle end-to-end IMPEX operations independently Licensed Customs Broker is an advantage
