Safety/ Safety Officer (Professional Level)

1. Comply with standard system regulations, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other company standards.
2. Prepare/request permission and submit documents for the company's safety and environmental legal operations to government agencies.
3. Advise, coach, and train employees to ensure operations are free from incidents that could cause work insecurity.
4. Communicate information/regulations/laws/safety and environmental announcements to employees and contractors.
5. Procure Personal Protective Equipment and conduct factory safety inspections, following up on corrective actions for safety.
6. Organize Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Committee (OSHEC) meetings and serve as the secretary for meetings while following up on corrective actions.
7. Conduct annual emergency plan drills and procure emergency equipment according to the emergency plan to ensure readiness for use.
8. Arrange for environmental quality inspections, air quality inspections, and inspections of buildings and cranes to ensure safety and compliance with specified criteria.
9. Request permission for industrial waste disposal and submit annual reports to the Department of Industrial Works.
10. Oversee the arrangement of annual health check-ups.
11. Arrange for environmental quality and relevant air quality inspections of the factory.
12. Arrange for building and crane inspections in the factory for safety.
13. Staff Management: Personnel management and supporting various cost-reduction activities such as Lean, Kizen, 5S, etc.
14. Prepare necessary operational reports for management.
15. Other safety-related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Have at least 5 years of experience working as a Professional Safety Officer. Have an educational qualification in Safety and Occupational Health. Have completed training and possess the qualifications of a Professional Safety Officer as required by law. Able to use computers, Microsoft office programs, and related programs very well. Able to work in Samut Sakhon province. Have at least 1 year of experience in ISO 14001, 45001. Able to communicate in basic English.
