Technical Maintenance Support Employee

For a growing food production company, we are looking for a motivated Technical Maintenance Support Employee to strengthen the maintenance team.

As a Technical Maintenance Support Employee, you will assist in the daily operations of the production environment. You will help resolve technical issues and actively contribute ideas for improving machines and production processes. Thanks to your technical skills, you will support an efficient and smooth production flow.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical breakdowns during production.
• Assist with maintenance and repair activities.
• Help analyze recurring technical issues and contribute to finding effective solutions.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the production environment.
• Implement and follow up on technical improvement projects.
• Work closely with both the production and maintenance teams.
• You have a technical background in electromechanics, electricity, mechanics, or equivalent experience.
• You are solution-oriented and enjoy solving technical problems.
• You are eager to learn and willing to develop new technical skills.
• You work well in a team environment.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing setting is an advantage but not required.
• You will work according to one of the following schedules:
• 5 days per week: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

or

• 4 days per week: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
