Supply Chain Assistant

For a temporary assignment of 6 months, we are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant who is responsible for the availability of materials and inventory management.

You ensure that the right materials are available at the right time, so that operational activities can proceed without interruption. Using SAP, you monitor material planning and timely identify potential shortages or supply issues.

Your package of tasks includes:

• Managing and optimizing material availability and inventory levels.
• Maintaining SAP MRP parameters and following up on material shortages.
• Following up on replenishment, material planning, and supply activities.
• Collaborating with colleagues within Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations to resolve material-related issues.
• Analyzing KPIs and SAP reports to identify risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting process improvements and optimizations within material planning and supply chain.
• Actively contributing ideas for more efficient workflows and optimal availability of critical materials.

Do you recognize yourself in this?

• You possess a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a similar field. Or you possess this level of thinking through experience.
• You have good knowledge of SAP, MRP planning, and inventory management.
• You are strong in Excel and have an affinity for data analysis and reporting.
• You speak and write fluent English.
• You have an analytical mindset and work accurately and structured.
• You possess strong communication skills and can collaborate smoothly with various stakeholders.
• You are proactive, result-oriented, and like to take initiative.
