New Product Developer (R&D)

For a growing and innovative SME specialized in dietary supplements, sports nutrition, and diet products, we are looking for a creative and driven New Product Developer.

Within a strong internal R&D team, you will work on the development of unique, high-quality formulas for international clients. You translate market and customer needs into new products and guide the entire process from concept to production. You will join a hands-on environment where innovation, taste experience, and quality are central, and where your ideas have an effective impact on end products in the market.

Your tasks

• Developing new products within sports nutrition, supplements, and diet food
• Translating customer needs into innovative formulations
• Managing your own R&D projects and client portfolio
• Experimenting with ingredients, flavors, and textures
• Collaborating with purchasing, quality, and production
• Monitoring legislation and nutritional requirements
• Drafting product specifications and sending samples
• Processing feedback and optimizing formulations
• Assisting with cost price calculations and price estimates
• Contributing to a large number of parallel development projects
• Master's degree (preferably bio-engineer or food-related)
• Experience in product development within food or supplements is a strong asset
• Strong interest in food, innovation, and trends
• Hands-on, flexible, and comfortable with multitasking
• Strong communication skills, also in an international context
• Proactive with ownership over projects
• Team-oriented and able to support junior profiles
• Good knowledge of English (French is a plus)
