Assembly Worker 2Shift

For our production department, we are looking for an enthusiastic Assembly worker to strengthen our team.

What you will do:

-Assembling large and small parts according to assembly drawings

-Performing quality control on your own assembly tasks

-Technical insight: reading plans and knowledge of measuring with measuring instruments

-Experience as an assembly worker

-Quality-minded, sense of order and cleanliness

-Ability to speak English is a requirement and contributes to a better work and communication flow

-Ability to speak Dutch is an added value

-Willing to work in a 2-shift system

-Team player with a positive attitude

-Eager to learn to find your way in the various assembly assignments and procedures

-Communicative and assertive: transparent about tasks and working methods

-Performing quality controls on your own assembly work using gauges and the necessary measuring instruments (roll meter, caliper,...)

-Quality follow-up via control sheets.

-Processing production orders via an ERP system

-Alternating between serial work and piece work (specials)

-Communicating during shift handover with the connecting shift

-Polyvalent in stepping in at other workstations if necessary
