CAD/CAM Designer

For our client, a growing player within metalworking, we are looking for a precise CAD/CAM Designer. You will work on new prototypes and welding jigs and ensure that designs are technically correctly elaborated for production.

Your tasks

• Elaborating new items from concept to production
• Creating 2D and 3D drawings and elaborating complex assemblies
• Designing, planning, and following up on welding jigs
• Preparing CAD/CAM data for production and sales
• Creating CAM programs for lasers and press brakes
• Elaborating prototypes and improving production processes
• Managing drawings and following up on technical documentation
• You have experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or TopSolid
• You have knowledge of CAM and CNC machines
• You have an interest in technology and metalworking
• You work accurately and have an eye for detail
• You follow procedures and agreements well
• You have a good knowledge of English
