AGO TECHNICS: Day Service Supervisor (m/f/x)

For a client in Pelt, we are looking for an enthusiastic Production Supervisor who is responsible for optimizing the production processes within the organization. You will start in one department, with the ambition to work across multiple departments in the long term.

Coordinating and monitoring the operational progress of production

Establishing the work schedule and determining priorities

Supervising compliance with work instructions

Daily management of 4 to 6 shiftleaders

Guiding assistant-supervisors to a higher level

Ensuring optimal use of machines and timely management of orders

Initiating and coordinating improvement projects (efficiency, quality, ergonomics)

Creating support for change and innovation within the teams

Your qualities:

Master's degree obtained (for example, industrial engineer)

Some experience as a process or production engineer in a production environment

Driven and demonstrates ownership

Enterprising, action-oriented, and analytically strong

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Result- and customer-oriented

Sufficient knowledge of English
