Your tasks

The Role & Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Studio Workflows: You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of design projects, balancing resources and timelines to ensure peak efficiency.
• Bridge Tech and Design: Leveraging your background in Computer Science and IT, you will streamline the digital tools and infrastructure our designers rely on.
• Strategic Resource Allocation: You will be responsible for planning team capacity, ensuring the right talent is assigned to the right tasks at the right time.
• Stakeholder Synergy: Act as the primary liaison between creative teams and external stakeholders to keep project goals aligned.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-7 years of proven experience in a planning or operational role within a creative or technical environment.
• Core Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge in Design, Computer Science, and Information Technology (IT).
• Methodological Mastery: Proficiency in Agile Methodology and Workflow Optimization.
• Strategic Mindset: Exceptional Project Management and Resource Planning skills are essential for success.
• Career Level: This is an Experienced level position requiring a candidate who can hit the ground running and drive results.
• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt.
