Deputy Store Manager (Furniture)

Job Summary Ahmed El-Sallab is looking for an experienced and results-driven Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading day-to-day store operations, achieving sales targets, and developing high-performing teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives, while assuming full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence. Key Responsibilities Support the achievement of sales targets and KPIs .

Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company standards.

Lead, coach, and motivate department supervisors and store teams.

Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.

Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Act as Store Manager when required and ensure business continuity.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

Minimum 5 years of experience in large-format retail management .

Previous experience in Home Furnishing Retail is highly preferred .

Proven experience in team leadership, store operations, and sales management.
